1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using technoman22.com (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
Technoman22 (Techno Man 22 CO L.L.C.) provides HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and smart home integration services across Al Ain and the UAE. All work is carried out under our commercial license number 1133956 and in line with UAE regulations.
3. Quotes & pricing
- Quotes are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site survey if site conditions differ from the information provided.
- Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Warranties
We provide a workmanship warranty on our installations; the terms are stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's conditions. Warranty cover requires that the equipment is serviced in line with the manufacturer's recommendations.
5. Maintenance contracts
Preventative maintenance contracts are valid for the period stated in the agreement. Scheduled visits that are cancelled or rescheduled by the client with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as completed.
6. Emergency & response times
We aim to respond to emergency callouts within 30 minutes across Al Ain. Response times are best-effort and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand. A callout charge may apply to emergency visits outside working hours.
7. Smart home services
Our smart home systems are designed to operate locally on your premises with a dedicated network for your IoT devices. We offer optional integration with Google Home, Alexa, or Siri, but we are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of third-party cloud services. Internet connectivity is not required for local control.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technoman22's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, business interruption, or damage caused by faulty third-party equipment.
9. Site content
All content on this Site, including text, images, and the Technoman22 logo, is the property of Technoman22 and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
